Summary of Position
This position will guide construction teams to complete on projects to complete in a timely manner within financials budget and safety standards.
In this position, you:
> Develop and effectively manage project schedules and project scope
> Coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors thorugh the various phases of project
> Manage changes in project scope from the orginal plan
> Attend pre-construction and on site project meetings as required

Summary of Position
This position reviews, designs, estimates HVAC and plumbing work for projects ranging from $20k to $2m. Works with customers or general contractors on
In this position, you:
> Work with business development team to develop bid strategies
> Represent company with customers/owners and other contractors to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility.
> Develop estimates and budgets from plan specifications and conceptual information
> Conduct take-offs pricing, general adminstrative and subcontractor cost analysis
> Solict, receive, analyze, and check for completeness for any outside subcontractor quotations
> Provide leadership and estimating expertise to accomplish team goals without having direct authority over team members
> Analyze completed projects to compare estimated costs to actual costs and determine the reason for any discrepancies
> Participate in pre-bid meetings with clients and site walk-throughs with subcontractors.

> May measure windows or other existing openings or cutting through walls using a mallet, cold chisel, or other tools to install new units
> Diagnose causes of equipment breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble, and assemble parts and make necessary repairs
> May drill holes to mount units and lift parts into position
> Locate and mark position of pipe/duct connections and passage holes for same in walls and floors using ruler, spirit level and plumb bob
> Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe/duct fittings using hand tools and power tools
> Cut and thread pipe using pipe cutters, cutting torch and pipe-threading machine
> Connect motors to control panels and balance motors to insure efficient operation

> Must be skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving plumbing and plumbing system related problems.
> Must be able to work independently, complete paperwork and possess good communication skills.
> Inspecting structure, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections, and passage holes for pipe in walls and floors
> Cutting openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
> Cutting, threading, and bending pipe to required angles
> Assembling and installing valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals and non-metals
> Joining pipes by use of screws, bolts, fittings, and solder
> Testing pipes by filling them with water or air and reads gauges to determine whether system is working accurately
> Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures
> Repairing and maintaining plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains
> Qualified candidates should have some of their own hand tools but heavier equipment and van are provided (Need Good Driving Record).

> Cuts pipe using variety of tools
> Assembles and intalls a variety of metal and nonmetal pipe and pipe fittings
> Joins piping by means of threaded, caulked, wiped, soldered, brazed, fused, or cemented joints
> Mount pipe hangers and bracket on walls and ceiling to hold pipe
> Install valves, coupling, and other fittings
> Install and maintain refridgeration and air-conditioning systems
> Test piping system for leaks by increasing pressure in pipes and observing gauges
> May disassemble and remove damaged or work pipe
> Clean work area and restock supplies and material as necessary

This position fabricates, assembles, installs and repairs sheet metal products and equipment, such as control boxes, drainpipes, ventilators, and furnace casings.
In this position, you:
> Select gage and type of sheet metal according to product being fabricated and knowledge of metal
> Locate and mark dimension and reference lines on metal sheets
> Set up and operate fabricating machines, such as shears, breaks, bending rolls and punch/drill presses to cut, bend and straighten sheet metal
> Shape metal over anvils, blocks, or forms using hammer
> Set up and operate soldering and welding equipment to join together sheet metal parts
> Smooth seams, joints, or burred surfaces using files and portable grinder or buffer
> Install assemblies in plant or worksite according to blueprint specifications using hand tools and portable power tools
> Inspect assemblies and installation for conformance with specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, scales, and micrometer
> Perform other duties as directed

Summary of Position
This position lays out, fits, and welds fabricated, cast, and forged components to assemble structural forms such as tanks, pressure vessels, furnace shells and building and bridge parts
In this position, you:
> Select equipment and plans layout, assembly and welding, applying knowledge of geometry, physical properties of metal machining weld shrinkage, and welding techniques
> Lay out, position, align, and fit components together
> Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding
> Set up equipment and weld parts using arc, gas-shielded arc, submerged arc or gas welding equipment
> May assemble parts by bolting and riveting
> May repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts using cutting torch, straightening press and hand tools
> Perform other duties as directed
Job Requirements
Welder General Qualifications:
> High School Graduate or have GED
> Completion of apprenticeship program AND certification at one or more levels may be required
> Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license
